Be a better man, partner, father and friend

The men’s group is a collection of men who come together each week to explore our places in the world, how we relate as men and people, and how we can work to bring ourselves into integrity.

Men’s work is a potent tool and experience, bringing men together for support, growth, and a shared deep connection. Many attendees have common traits, such as a desire for personal and emotional growth, to be better husbands, fathers, and leaders, and to enhance their general self-awareness. They are open-minded, supportive, and welcome honest feedback.

The first rule of our men’s groups is what’s discussed in the group stays in the circle! This creates a space where we can feel empowered to share our stories. We welcome anyone who identifies as male, including all races, religions, and sexual orientations.

In this space, you can share your desires, fears, needs, and challenges while supported by an expert leader and fellow group members. Men are often surprised to realize that so many share a similar story and have had similar experiences. This sharing leads to profound change and growth.

WHAT’S INVOLVED?

Men’s groups start with an initial two-month introduction course. Each week, we cover a new emotional concept or mental model to introduce you to key themes and topics that build the foundations for the best group experience.

Following the introductory course, you can join an ongoing group to embark on a journey of companionship, friendship, loving challenge, and support.

We have a waitlist when slots become open in an ongoing group. Reach out to be added to the list.
